Ingredients
  

For the Fresh Fruit Salsa
  • 2 cups diced strawberries (fresh or frozen) Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 1 cup diced kiwi You may substitute with other fruits.
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice Enhances fruit flavors.
  • 1 tablespoon honey Optional for added sweetness.
For the Cinnamon Sugar Chips
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter To brush on the tortillas.
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Method
 

Preparation of the Fruit Salsa
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, kiwi, mango, and blueberries.
  2. Drizzle the fresh lime juice and honey over the fruit, then gently toss to combine.
Making the Cinnamon Sugar Chips
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place flour tortillas on a baking sheet and brush both sides with melted butter.
  3. In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle generously over both sides of each tortilla.
  4. Bake the tortillas for about 10 minutes or until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
  5. Let the chips cool slightly before serving alongside the fresh fruit salsa.

Notes

For variations, substitute fruits per season or preference. You can also add mint for a refreshing twist.
