Preparation of the Fruit Salsa
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced strawberries, kiwi, mango, and blueberries.
- Drizzle the fresh lime juice and honey over the fruit, then gently toss to combine.
Making the Cinnamon Sugar Chips
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place flour tortillas on a baking sheet and brush both sides with melted butter.
- In a small bowl, combine granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle generously over both sides of each tortilla.
- Bake the tortillas for about 10 minutes or until they are golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Let the chips cool slightly before serving alongside the fresh fruit salsa.
Notes
