  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored) Use full-fat for a creamier texture.
  • 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 cup mixed berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries) Feel free to swap for your favorite fruits.
  • ½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pistachios) Optional toppings include chocolate chips or coconut flakes.

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (or maple syrup) until well blended. Adjust sweetness as desired.
  3. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly to about ½ inch thickness.
  4. Sprinkle mixed berries, chopped nuts, and any additional toppings across the yogurt mixture. Press them gently into the yogurt to ensure they stick.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer and freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Once frozen, remove from the freezer and break into pieces.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for about 2-3 weeks. Avoid leaving it out at room temperature for extended periods.
