  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Use unsalted to control salt levels.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced The star of the dish; ensure it's fresh.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium-low heat. Add the minced garlic and stir for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  4. Pour half of the garlic butter mixture over the salmon, ensuring it is well-coated.
Cooking
  1. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (62°C).
  2. Drizzle the remaining garlic butter over the cooked salmon, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For a spicy variation, add red pepper flakes, or for a sweeter twist, drizzle honey before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
