- Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and season both sides with salt and pepper.
- Pour half of the garlic butter mixture over the salmon, ensuring it is well-coated.
Cooking
- Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (62°C).
- Drizzle the remaining garlic butter over the cooked salmon, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
For a spicy variation, add red pepper flakes, or for a sweeter twist, drizzle honey before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
