Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Once cooked, drain excess fat and mix in shredded cheese until melted.
- Roll out crescent roll dough and cut into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough tightly around the filling.
- Brush the tops with garlic butter.
- Place rollups on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
- Serve warm with classic burger toppings on the side for customization.
Notes
Cool completely and store in an airtight container; refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze unbaked for up to 2 months. Bake from frozen, adding a few extra minutes.
