Marinate the Steak
- In a mixing bowl, marinate the diced steak with soy sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon olive oil for 15-30 minutes.
Prepare the Potatoes
- Wash, peel, and dice the potatoes into 1-inch pieces, then rinse and dry thoroughly.
- Toss the diced potatoes with seasoned salt and another teaspoon of olive oil.
Cook the Potatoes
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and cook the seasoned potatoes for 15-20 minutes until tender.
Cook the Steak
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, add the marinated steak bites and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they reach your desired doneness.
Finish with Garlic Butter
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic before drizzling it over the cooked steak bites and potatoes.
Notes
