  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Sprinkle on top before baking

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss thoroughly to coat.
  5. Spread the wedges on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the wedges.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, allow the wedges to sit in the oil and garlic mix for 10-15 minutes before baking to intensify flavor. Air circulation on the baking sheet ensures crispy edges.
