- Next, add in the grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Blend until well combined.
- While the processor is running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the pesto reaches your desired consistency.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, pepper, or lemon juice according to your liking.
- Transfer your vibrant Garlic Scape Pesto to a jar or an airtight container.
Notes
The pesto can be served over pasta, grilled chicken or fish, or as a dip for vegetables. It can be refrigerated or frozen for later use. Drizzle with olive oil to prevent browning when storing.
