- If you’re toasting your walnuts, place them in a dry skillet over medium heat. Toast them for about 4-5 minutes or until they’re fragrant and golden.
- Slice your baguette into ½-inch thick pieces and lay them out on a baking sheet for easy assembly.
- Spread a generous amount of goat cheese on each slice of baguette.
- Drizzle honey over the goat cheese, allowing it to drip down the sides.
- Sprinkle toasted walnuts over the honey-drizzled goat cheese.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh thyme or rosemary.
- Arrange the bites on a platter and serve.
Notes
These bites are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for about 2 days. To reheat, briefly warm in the oven.
