  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Choose plain or flavored based on preference
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen fruit Such as strawberries, blueberries, or peaches
  • 2-4 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust based on the sweetness of your fruit

  1. In a blender, combine the Greek yogurt, your choice of fruit, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if desired, adding more honey or syrup for a sweeter popsicle.
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion.
  4. Insert sticks to the center of each mold, ensuring they are centered.
  5. Place molds in the freezer and allow the popsicles to freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.
  6. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull the popsicles out and enjoy!

Notes

These popsicles are best enjoyed on hot sunny days. Store in the freezer for up to a month, wrapped tightly or in an airtight container. No reheating is needed.
