Preparation

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hashbrowns, half of the cheese, diced meat, and onion. Stir until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well-blended.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hashbrown mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish and spread the hashbrown mixture evenly in the pan.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the mixture.
Cooking
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
