Optional Toppings
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes For freshness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
Grilling
  1. While the shrimp marinates, preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Once the grill is hot, place the shrimp on the grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they turn pink and are opaque.
Assembly
  1. While the shrimp is grilling, arrange a bed of greens in serving bowls. Slice the avocados and distribute them evenly.
  2. Once the shrimp is ready, remove them from the grill and arrange them on top of the greens and avocado in each bowl.
  3. Garnish with your favorite toppings, such as diced tomatoes or a sprinkle of cilantro.

Notes

For best results, serve immediately. Store leftovers separately to maintain texture.
