  • 4 pieces Whole grain wraps or bread Any variety can be used based on preference.
  • 1 cup Hummus or yogurt-based dips For spreading on wraps.
Fresh Veggies
  • 1 cup Cucumbers, diced Use fresh for a crunch.
  • 1 cup Bell peppers, diced Can be mixed colors for visual appeal.
  • 1 cup Carrots, shredded Adds sweetness and crunch.
  • 1 cup Spinach or kale Spinach can be swapped for kale.
Proteins & Cheese
  • 1 cup Lean proteins (turkey slices, grilled chicken, or chickpeas) Choose based on preference.
  • 1 cup Cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or feta) Shredded or sliced.
Fresh Fruits
  • 1 cup Fresh fruits (strawberries, grapes, or apple slices) For serving on the side.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Lay out your whole grain wrap or bread on a clean surface.
  2. Spread the hummus or yogurt-based dip over the wrap.
  3. Layer your choice of proteins and fresh veggies on top.
  4. Roll the wrap tightly and slice into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Serve with fresh fruit or vegetable sticks for a colorful meal.
