  • 1 teaspoon paprika For seasoning the breadcrumbs.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder For seasoning the breadcrumbs.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.

  1. Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in the egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
  2. Place the breaded chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.

Notes

To store, let cool completely and keep in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days in the refrigerator. Reheat in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 8–10 minutes to restore crispness. For freezing, place baked tenders on a sheet until solid and then move to a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months.
