- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up a breading station: Place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a third bowl.
Breading and Baking
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour, dip in the egg, and coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the breaded chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.

- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
To store, let cool completely and keep in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days in the refrigerator. Reheat in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 8–10 minutes to restore crispness. For freezing, place baked tenders on a sheet until solid and then move to a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months.
