- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, and minced garlic. Set aside a tablespoon of the marinade to use as a glaze later.
- Slice the salmon fillet into bite-sized cubes, ensuring they are evenly cut for consistent cooking.
- Place the salmon bites in a mixing bowl, and pour the marinade over them. Lightly toss to coat and let them marinate for about 10 minutes.
Cooking
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated salmon bites in a single layer, ensuring they’re not overcrowded. Cook for about 3-4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drizzle the reserved marinade over the salmon bites in the last few minutes of cooking for an extra layer of flavor. Once done, remove from heat and transfer to a serving platter.
Notes
If you have leftovers, they can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days in the refrigerator, and up to one month in the freezer. To reheat, place them in a skillet over low heat until warmed through.
