Ingredients

Fruits
  • 2 cups Assorted Fresh Fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango, pineapple) Use a mix of your favorites.
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Honey Natural sweetener.
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Freshly squeezed for brightness.
Optional Garnish

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash the fruits thoroughly. Chop larger fruits like mango and pineapple into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey and freshly squeezed lime juice. Adjust the sweetness to your liking if needed.
  3. Pour the honey-lime mixture over the chopped fruits and gently toss to combine, being careful not to mash the softer fruits.
  4. For an extra refreshing treat, let the fruit salad sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
  5. If desired, sprinkle fresh mint leaves over the top for an aromatic finish before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Use ripe in-season fruits for the best flavor.
