  • 1 cup Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
Herbs and Spices
  • 1 cup Fresh basil, chopped Essential for authentic flavor.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Let it sizzle until fragrant.
  • 1 tsp Chili flakes Adjust according to heat preference.
Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce

  1. Begin by boiling a pot of water. Add your noodles, cooking until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In a large pan, heat some olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and let it sizzle until fragrant.
  2. Toss in the bell peppers and zucchini, cooking until soft.
  3. If using chicken or shrimp, add them now and stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Toss everything together, ensuring the noodles are coated in the silky sauce.
  5. Sprinkle in fresh basil and chili flakes, adjusting heat to your preference. Stir well and serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to swap vegetables or proteins to suit your taste. For a creamy variant, stir in a splash of heavy cream.
