Coating and Decoration
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Can substitute with chocolate or candy melts.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, crumble the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into fine pieces.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and mix until well combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips (or candy melts) in a microwave-safe bowl.
Coating
  1. Dip each frozen truffle into the melted chocolate until fully coated.
  2. Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with festive decorations.
