  • 400 g Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 305 g cheddar cheese soup
  • 700–900 g ground beef Use well-cooked and drained beef
  • 305 g cream of chicken soup
For Serving
  • Sour cream For serving
  • Avocado For serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked beef with the cheddar cheese soup and cream of chicken soup until well combined.
Assembly
  1. In a baking dish, layer half of the Nacho Cheese Doritos at the bottom.
  2. Pour half of the beef mixture over the Doritos.
  3. Repeat with another layer of Doritos and the remaining beef mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  2. Serve with sour cream and avocado on top.

Notes

To avoid sogginess, avoid overpouring the filling. For extra cheesiness, stir in a cup of shredded cheddar into the beef mixture before layering.
