Method

Preparation
  1. Start by gathering all your ingredients on a clean workspace.
  2. Take a wooden skewer and begin threading the turkey slices. If your turkey slices are large, you may want to fold them in half.
  3. Next, add a cheese cube followed by a cherry tomato.
  4. Continue to alternate with ham slices, cucumber slices, and bell pepper chunks.
  5. Repeat this process until the skewer is filled to your liking. Aim for a colorful variety to make each skewer visually appealing.
  6. Serve the skewers on a platter or pack them into lunchboxes for an on-the-go meal.

Notes

Feel free to mix and match ingredients based on seasonal availability or your family’s dietary needs. Skewers can be served with hummus or salad for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
