Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar. Bring to a boil and let boil for 3 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and pour over the pretzel sticks in the prepared baking dish. Stir to combine.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove and let cool slightly.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips on top and place back into the oven until melted (about 2-3 minutes).
- Use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate evenly over the bars.
- Sprinkle with nuts and sea salt while the chocolate is still warm.
Cooling
- Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, keep in the refrigerator for up to 1 week; allow to come to room temperature before serving. Bars can be frozen layered between parchment for up to 2 months.
