- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Once melted, remove from microwave and let cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine the peanuts, chow mein noodles, and mini marshmallows.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- If desired, sprinkle dried cranberries or holiday sprinkles on top.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
Serve chilled or at room temperature, and pair with hot cocoa or coffee. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
