Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter in the microwave.
- Add the mini marshmallows and stir until they are fully melted.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the rice cereal and stir until all the cereal is coated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
- Decorate with sprinkles on top.
- Let it cool and set for at least 30 minutes before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Refrigerate for up to 1 week, or freeze for 1 month. Allow to come to room temperature before serving.
