- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of small bite-sized molds or a baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each mold.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, remove from molds, top with fresh strawberries, and serve.
Notes
Serve chilled on a platter or individual dessert plates. Garnish with sliced strawberries, a small mint leaf, or a light dusting of powdered sugar. For a crunchy contrast, sprinkle a few extra graham cracker crumbs or crushed toasted nuts on top just before serving. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
