Preparation
  1. Spread a layer of hummus or cream cheese on a whole grain wrap.
  2. Layer deli meat or veggies and a slice of cheese on top.
  3. Roll the wrap tightly and slice it into pinwheels or halves for easy eating.
  4. Cut carrots and bell peppers into sticks, and place them in small containers for veggie cups.
  5. Create a colorful fruit salad using an assortment of grapes, berries, and apple slices. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice to keep apples fresh.
