Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until well coated.
Cooking
- Spread the seasoned potatoes out on a large baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the oven. Nestle the sausages among the potatoes, and return it to the oven for another 10 minutes.
- Remove the baking sheet, add the green beans, season them lightly with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and toss everything together gently.
- Bake for another 15-20 minutes, until the sausages are browned and cooked through, and the potatoes are tender and slightly crispy.
Serving
- Let the dish cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet on medium heat or in the microwave. For longer storage, freeze in individual portions.
