Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add pasta and milk, and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and cook until pasta is tender and has absorbed most of the milk.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with parsley if desired.
