  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups milk

Preparation
  1. In a large pot or skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the pasta and milk to the pan, stirring to combine.
  3. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is al dente.
  4. Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve immediately while warm and creamy. Pair with a crisp green salad and crusty bread. For a heartier plate, top with grilled chicken, sautéed shrimp, or roasted vegetables. A squeeze of lemon can brighten the flavors just before serving. Store in an airtight container for up to 3–4 days. Reheat gently on the stovetop with a splash of milk.
