Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine the orange juice, orange zest, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Whisk until well combined.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season them with salt and pepper.
- Place the salmon skin-side down in a baking dish. Pour the orange glaze over the salmon, making sure each fillet is well coated.
Cooking
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.
- For an extra touch, turn on the broiler for the last 2 minutes to caramelize the glaze slightly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced oranges, and serve immediately.
Notes
Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes or enjoy cold in a salad.
