  • 2 tablespoons butter For rich and nutty flavor.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Base for the sauce.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds depth to the sauce.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced For aromatic undertones.

Preparation
  1. Season both sides of the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter until it foams.
  2. Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy.
  3. Carefully flip the fillets and cook for another 4-5 minutes, or until they are opaque and flake easily.
  4. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine and scrape up any flavorful bits stuck to the pan.
  7. Lower the heat and mix in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  8. Add the salmon back to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and warm for a minute.
Serving
