Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a very large bowl, combine pretzels, cheese crackers, corn chips, and mixed nuts. Toss gently to mix evenly.
Seasoning
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter (or warm the olive oil). Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, cayenne (if using), and brown sugar or honey until blended and slightly bubbling. Remove from heat.
- Pour the warm seasoning mixture over the dry mix, then gently fold until pieces are evenly coated.
Baking
- Spread the coated mix in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 12–15 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely on the pan; the mix will crisp as it cools.
Serving
- Break apart any clusters and transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container.
Notes
Store cooled Party Snack in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week. For longer storage, keep it in a sealed container in a cool, dry place. Avoid refrigerating, which can introduce moisture and soften the mix.
