- Start by popping your popcorn according to package directions.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the freshly popped popcorn into a large bowl and drizzle the melted white chocolate over it.
- With the popcorn coated in chocolate, sprinkle the red and blue toppings generously.
- Using spoonfuls of the mixture, press the popcorn onto lollipop sticks, shaping them into pops.
- Place the popped treats on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes or until set.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freezing is also an option, allowing them to thaw before consuming.
