Preparation
  1. Start by popping your popcorn according to package directions.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second increments, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the freshly popped popcorn into a large bowl and drizzle the melted white chocolate over it.
  4. With the popcorn coated in chocolate, sprinkle the red and blue toppings generously.
  5. Using spoonfuls of the mixture, press the popcorn onto lollipop sticks, shaping them into pops.
  6. Place the popped treats on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for about 10-15 minutes or until set.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Freezing is also an option, allowing them to thaw before consuming.
