- In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, remaining sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add in the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract, stirring until just combined.
Assembly and Baking
- Pour the batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Pour the sugar-coated peaches over the batter without stirring.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
