Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 4-5 medium peaches Fresh Peaches, peeled and sliced Frozen peaches can also be used.
  • ¾ cup Sugar Can substitute with brown sugar for deeper flavor.
Cobbler Topping
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour For the cobbler topping.
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder To help the topping rise.
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted Coconut oil can be used for a dairy-free version.
  • 1 cup Milk Any type preferred.
  • 1 splash Vanilla Extract For extra flavor.
  • a dash Cinnamon To sprinkle on top.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches with ½ cup of sugar, toss gently and let sit.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, remaining sugar, and a pinch of salt. Add in the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract, stirring until just combined.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Pour the batter into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  2. Pour the sugar-coated peaches over the batter without stirring.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
Serving
  1. Let cool for a few moments before serving. Enjoy warm!

Notes

Leftover cobbler can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For long-term storage, freeze portions for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven.
