Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Allow the cookies to cool before serving.

Store cookies at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or refrigerated for up to 2 weeks. Freeze for up to 3 months.
