Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, sugar, egg, baking soda, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes until slightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
  6. Allow the cookies to cool before serving.
