Preparation

- In another bowl, cream the softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
Baking
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving some space between each cookie.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Let the cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
