- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet, and spread a layer of marinara or pizza sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese and add pepperoni slices.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Carefully flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve with additional marinara for dipping.
Notes
Best served hot with marinara sauce for dipping. Consider garnishing with fresh herbs or pairing with a salad.
