  • 1/2 cup black olives, sliced a briny addition

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped for a pop of freshness
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup olive oil smooth and rich
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar for tanginess
  • 1 clove garlic, minced to deepen the flavor
  • Salt and pepper, to taste always season to perfection

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
