  • 1 cup almond flour Provides great texture and is gluten-free.
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder Adds rich chocolate flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, almond flour, maple syrup, and cocoa powder. Mix well until you have a smooth, thick batter.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Place the dish in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow the brownies to cool in the pan for a few minutes before slicing them into squares.

Notes

These brownies are best enjoyed warm, topped with vegan whipped cream or dairy-free ice cream. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature or up to a week in the refrigerator. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
