  • 4 cups Fresh Peaches, peeled and sliced thinly Frozen peaches work too if you're in a pinch!
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar Plus extra for sprinkling on top
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour Creates the lovely cobbler base
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder Helps the cobbler rise
  • 1 pinch Salt Enhances flavors
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup Milk Gives the batter a lovely texture
  • ½ cup Unsalted Butter, melted Can swap with coconut oil for dairy-free option

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the sliced peaches with ½ cup of sugar (reserve the rest for later) and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and remaining sugar.
  4. Pour in the milk and melted butter, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are perfectly fine!
  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Spoon the peach mixture over the batter gently, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  3. Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to three days. To reheat, pop it in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
