Fresh Fruits and Crust

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add in the powdered sugar and continue beating until well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped topping, stirring until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Layering
  1. In a serving bowl or individual dessert cups, layer half of the graham cracker crumbs on the bottom.
  2. Spoon half of the cheesecake mixture over the crumbs, then layer half of the strawberries and blueberries.
  3. Repeat the layers with the remaining graham cracker crumbs, cheesecake mixture, and berries.
Finishing Touches
  1. Finish by garnishing with a few fresh berries on top.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

This salad can be prepared a few hours in advance for the best flavor. Avoid freezing as the cream cheese and whipped topping might separate.
