Ingredients

Raspberry Layer
  • 1 package raspberry Jello (3 oz) For that deep red layer.
  • 1 cup boiling water To dissolve the Jello perfectly.
  • 1/2 cup cold vodka For an adult twist.
Creamy Layer
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz) To create that creamy white layer.
  • 1 cup boiling water To help whisk together with condensed milk.
Blue Layer
  • 1 package blue raspberry Jello (3 oz) The perfect complement to green grass or blue skies.
  • 1 cup boiling water (for the blue layer) To dissolve the Jello.
  • 1/2 cup cold vodka (for the blue layer) Keep that celebration going!

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, dissolve the raspberry Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved. Mix in 1/2 cup of cold vodka. Pour into shot glasses, filling them about 1/3 full. Place them in the fridge to set for about 2 hours.
  2. While the raspberry layer sets, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk with 1 cup boiling water until smooth and combined. After the raspberry layer is set, gently pour this creamy mixture on top, filling the glasses another 1/3 of the way. Refrigerate for another hour or until set.
  3. Boil another cup of water and dissolve the blue raspberry Jello. Mix in 1/2 cup of cold vodka. Once the creamy layer is set, carefully pour the blue Jello mixture on top. This will create your stunning final layer. Refrigerate for at least another 2 hours.
  4. Once all layers are set, bring them to your gathering, and enjoy the joyful compliments as friends admire their festive beauty!

Notes

For a non-alcoholic option, swap out the vodka for cold water or lemonade. They can be prepared up to a week in advance and stored in the refrigerator, tightly covered, for up to a week.
