- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until the mixture thickens slightly, creating a velvety consistency.
- In a large glass serving dish, sprinkle half of the crushed graham crackers on the bottom.
- Pour half of your prepared pudding over the graham cracker layer, smoothing it with a spatula.
- Gently fold the whipped topping into the remaining pudding mixture until it's fully blended.
- Spread half of this creamy mixture over the pudding layer. Top with half of your strawberries and blueberries.
- Add the remaining graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture, then top with the rest of the berries.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Notes
For variations, you can use Greek yogurt instead of whipped topping for a lighter version, add citrus for brightness, or consider seasonal fruits for a unique spin.
