Ingredients

For the Dessert
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and diced Feel free to swap for raspberries for a tangy twist.
  • 1 cup blueberries You can also use blackberries if you prefer a bolder berry flavor.
  • 1 cup whipped topping Store-bought or homemade; for a richer taste, consider using cream cheese frosting.
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix The base for that indulgent creaminess.
  • 2 cups milk Dairy or a plant-based alternative such as almond or oat milk.
  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers Or substitute with shortbread for extra sweetness.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until the mixture thickens slightly, creating a velvety consistency.
  2. In a large glass serving dish, sprinkle half of the crushed graham crackers on the bottom.
  3. Pour half of your prepared pudding over the graham cracker layer, smoothing it with a spatula.
  4. Gently fold the whipped topping into the remaining pudding mixture until it's fully blended.
  5. Spread half of this creamy mixture over the pudding layer. Top with half of your strawberries and blueberries.
  6. Add the remaining graham crackers, followed by the remaining pudding mixture, then top with the rest of the berries.
  7. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Notes

For variations, you can use Greek yogurt instead of whipped topping for a lighter version, add citrus for brightness, or consider seasonal fruits for a unique spin.
