Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the creamed mixture.
- Fold in chocolate chips, sprinkles, and M&Ms.
- Drop by rounded tablespoons onto ungreased baking sheets.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days. To freeze, flash-freeze baked cookies on a tray, then transfer to freezer bags for up to 3 months. If cookies soften, refresh by baking 2-3 minutes in a 325°F (160°C) oven.
