Wrapping the Burritos
- Take a tortilla, place a generous scoop of the beef mixture in the center.

- Roll it tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
Baking the Burritos
- Place the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Top them with extra chipotle sauce and a sprinkle of cheese.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
