Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced apples, sugar, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Toss until the apples are well coated.
- Transfer the apple mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
- In another bowl, mix the oats, flour, brown sugar, and salt. Pour in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
- Sprinkle the topping generously over the apple mixture in the baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are bubbling.
- Cool slightly before serving to let the flavors meld.

Store leftovers covered in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes.
