  • 1.5 lbs tender beef steak (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1.5 lbs baby potatoes (halved) Use small new potatoes for even cooking.
Garlic Butter Sauce
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced) Add extra cloves for stronger flavor.
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley Plus more for garnish.
Liquid
  • 1 cup beef broth For additional flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a slow cooker, combine the beef steak and baby potatoes.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, then add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the beef and potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley.
  5. Pour the beef broth into the slow cooker.
  6. Stir to combine all ingredients.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the beef and potatoes are tender.
Serving
  1. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!

Notes

Cool leftovers to room temperature and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Can freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. For stronger garlic flavor, add additional garlic or garlic powder.
