Preparation
- In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then place them in the slow cooker.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the pork chops.
Cooking
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the pork is tender.
- If desired, stir cornstarch with a bit of water to create a slurry and add it to the slow cooker in the last 30 minutes to thicken the sauce.
Serving
- Serve the pork chops spooned with the sticky honey-garlic sauce over a bed of steamed rice or creamy mashed potatoes.
- Add a crisp green salad or roasted broccoli for color and texture. Finish with sliced green onions for freshness.
Notes
To store, cool any leftovers to room temperature, transfer to an airtight container, and refrigerate for up to 3–4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat gently on the stovetop or microwave, adding a splash of water or broth if necessary. Optionally, add vegetables for a one-pot meal.
