  • 1 lb ground beef Use 80/20 ground beef for juiciness.

  • Garlic powder For seasoning.
  • 4 large flour tortillas Choose large tortillas for easy folding.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese Melts well.

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
  2. Press a small handful of ground beef directly onto one half of each tortilla. Season well.
  3. Cook beef side down for 2–3 minutes until browned.
  4. Flip, sprinkle with cheese, fold in half, and grill both sides until crispy and melty.
  5. Slice and serve with your favorite burger toppings or dipping sauce.

Notes

Serve hot, sliced into wedges. Offer classic burger accompaniments: pickles, diced onions, and a tangy burger sauce or ketchup on the side. Pair with fries, a simple salad, or tortilla chips for a complete meal.
