  • 8 oz spaghetti Or other preferred pasta shape
  • 1 cup pasta sauce Your choice of sauce
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables Optional; precook until tender if using
  • to taste grated Parmesan cheese For serving
  • to taste fresh parsley For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the garlic bread package instructions.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  3. In a separate pot, heat your chosen pasta sauce and add mixed vegetables if using.
  4. Once spaghetti is cooked, drain and mix it with the heated sauce.
  5. Carefully hollow out the garlic bread loaf, creating bowls.
  6. Fill each garlic bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture.
  7. Place the filled garlic bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake according to garlic bread instructions until crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve the bread bowls hot straight from the oven, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
  2. Offer extra sauce, crushed red pepper, or a side salad.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a 350°F oven to restore some crispness.
