Ingredients
  

For the salad
  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced Use ripe but firm strawberries.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Bring to room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Reduce for less sweetness, if desired.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping Fold in gently.
For garnish
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs Sprinkle on top before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined.
  3. Add the sliced strawberries to the cream mixture and stir gently to coat the strawberries.
Serving
  1. Serve the salad in a bowl or individual cups.
  2. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For best texture, keep graham crumbs separate until serving.
