Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
Baking
- Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions if desired, and serve hot.
Notes
For best results, pat wings dry before saucing to help them crisp. Use a wire rack on the baking sheet for even airflow and extra crispiness. For stickier glaze, brush additional sauce on during the last 5–7 minutes of baking.
