Ingredients
  

For the wings
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • optional Green onions for garnish only if desired

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine honey, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss them until they are evenly coated with the sauce.
Baking
  1. Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through until they are golden and crispy.
  3. Remove from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.
  4. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired, and serve hot.

Notes

For best results, pat wings dry before saucing to help them crisp. Use a wire rack on the baking sheet for even airflow and extra crispiness. For stickier glaze, brush additional sauce on during the last 5–7 minutes of baking.
